Offered here is a rare Evasion halfpenny listed by Coleman in his 2015 book as his EH-7 and priced there at 0 in VF and this one is  EF, for the type. I think the price is too high in his book, so my price is much lower. Many numismatic specialists believe they were struck for an American merchant. Most likely Philadelphia. The seated figure representing trade has her finger pointing to the United States on a globe.These coins were made to look circulated to further their acceptance in trade. All the legends are full and sharp save for a weak E in Plebis due to the planchet. The date is fully readable also unlike most of the type and that side is struck better than most of the type also. Enough said. It has hard glossy surfaces and nice color. The color is right in the first two scans, and in different light in the last 3. The coin looks great and is rare. I scanned the price in Coleman and it is the last picture.
