1799 English Half Penny, King George III, 5 Gun Ship KM# 647
Up for consideration is an AU 1799 English Half Penny, King George III,
copper coin is the “5 Gun Port ship.
Minted at the Royal Mint Birmingham by Matthew Boulton, "SOHO"
is at base of shield. Obverse is King George III, Reverse is Britannia seated facing left.  Die crack is evident on George III cheek. This coin has not been cleaned nor touched except to take out of holder.  See pictures of this excellent coin.
