Civil War Civilian Sack Coat, Reenacting

Description

Size men’s 50, Heavily field used civilian sack coat. Fits loose, as it should, and has two front pockets and one chest pocket. It is medium weight cotton broadcloth with a brown cotton lining and has period correct coin buttons. Machine sewn with hand sewn topstitching and button holes. Does have distressed cuffs, collar, etc. from use in the field. Has one hole in the arm. This is a great, out of the box, used looking coat for a civilian or early war confederate soldier impression. It is lighter weight and cooler than wool for warm weather events. Sold as is.
