    Circlip
There is a circlip on the back of the thermostat. When pressure is applied to the plate, an O-ring is placed inside to lock it in position so that it can continue to rotate around.
    Installation
Install the rotating neck to fix the thermostat, rotate it to find the desired position, so that the condensate can flow from the water outlet to any place
    Space
The thermostat has deleted the outer shell of the water pump factory. If you want to keep the rubber hose connected to the upper part of the motor, you can delete the back seal to remove the steel pipe, and move it to the heating box without using the heater.
The thermostat can solve your lower rad hose problem. The OEM plastic nozzles of some motors we received were broken. So far, you can only order replacement parts from Honda/Acco. The problem is that they only sell houses with thermostats, which are expensive and have no real benefit. If your housing is not damaged, then you still have to get the right hose, the right angle and match it with the radiator. After that, you have to figure out where to put the fan switch, and the only option in the past was to use a special embedded aluminum hose adapter.
This product solves all these problems and gives you some options when making an exchange. The housing is rotatable, allowing you to determine the water outlet angle before tightening. The size of the custom fitting provided is the same as the oem rad hose on one end, and the other end is threaded for AN fittings. This allows you to use any size accessory required for a custom installation. If you want to use a braided hose with AN connector, you can easily tighten the housing, screw on the correct adapter, and everything is ready. There are three ports on the main body of the housing, one for fan switch, one for 1/8 MPT port for pressure gauge, etc., and one for ½NPT port for our optional recirculation accessories.
The rotating neck is pre-installed with a high-quality thermostat (180 degrees), which is fixed in place with a "C" clamp. The kit uses a standard size thermostat, and you can easily replace it with anything in the range of 160-195 degrees. Last but not least, this is the benefit we found when designing. We noticed that by adding a hole in the flange, you can completely remove the OEM black plastic housing from the module and remove the heater core hose. After setting in this way, our thermostat housing is directly bolted to the OEM aluminum water pump housing.
