In 1740s, Already establised and known for high quality, Tango-Chirimen Silk (from Kyoto) makers were afraid of competition with Hama Chirimen Silk (from Nagahama - the other side of Lake Biwa from Kyoto - near my hometown) , they banned Hama Chirimen Silk to have a business in Kyoto. Hama Chirimen makers let the government involved to be able to get back into center of Kyoto.
All my bolts are unused, not new, they might have light stains due to poor storage condition. I will write on description and take pics as much as I can if I notice any.
