Moleskin's self-stick adhesive padding holds firmly in place,
designed to stay on for all day pain relief. Just place it on the spots
where you typically experience abrasion, and go the whole day without
pain or blisters. Once it's properly applied, the area stays protected.
You can also apply it directly to the inside of your shoes.
Just attach the sticky side of the moleskin onto the parts of
your shoes which abrade your foot, so the soft side rests up
against your skin to reduce irritation and avoid blisters.
Use anywhere you need extra cushioning - fits all shoes.
Moleskin is a great product to have on any hiking trip too.

you're athletic or do a lot of
walking, hiking or running.
Please note that this moleskin material is
intentionally thinner rather than thick-ish with excessive
padding. Thinness helps to allow for better adhesion, since
thick padding can actually increase abrasive detachment
pressures by excessively squeezing-up already tight spaces
within shoes. While providing an excellent layer of surface
protection its primary purpose is to function as a slider
layer to prevent the friction of shoe materials rubbing against
the skin of the feet, rather than cushioning to absorb impacts,
such as is more typically provided by insoles and bunion or
heel cushions, for example.
