German postcard advertising VELHAGEN & KLASINGS illustrated monthly publication, started in 1886.  This card carries New Year's greeting for 1916, and is artist-signed JOHANN B. MAIER (1881-1957).  Near-mint condition; measures approximately 3.5" x 5.5".
All items are original not reprints, unless otherwise noted.  I try to describe each lot as accurately as possible.
