    Finally! A permanent repair solution for the Saab 9-3 upper radiator hose failure. The common failure point for the upper radiator hose is simply the plastic fitting that is inline for the coolant return from the turbocharger. A poor design from the factory to handle such extreme temperatures, the plastic fitting is poor quality and can't take the heat and pressure.
    This fitting is billet aluminium with a threaded brass insert for the turbo coolant return. We have these installed on over 600+ vehicles with ZERO issues. The assembly is fully anodized so there are no issues with your coolant reacting with the aluminum (your engine block and cylinder head are aluminum as well).
    Save yourself some time and aggravation and don't use the junk Uro brand aftermarket hoses which will soon fail. Preventively replace your plastic fitting to avoid breakdown, it only takes 10 minutes at most!
