Very nice Sacred Heart of Jesus lapel pin. CAMCO stamped on back. New old stock without tag.
This lapel pin is an excellent vintage CAMCO item. American made, with a Ballou Reg'd brass butterfly clutch back, also an old American company. This is a very nice pin; no cheap Chinese junk.
This pin is the depiction of Jesus' Sacred Heart classical images associated with him in many paintings and renderings;  the heart has the flames and the cross on top, and the crown of thorns around it.  Jesus right hand is raised in benediction.
Very good condition; no wear, flaws or damage. It is new old stock; the edges are straight with no dents. CAMCO pins were made from pewter and then gold plated. This pin has also been "antiqued" to better show the finer details of the figure. It also is semi-3D; Christ's figure is not flat--see picture. It is a very sturdy pin; actually a bit heavy for its size. The pin is straight and fits tight into the clutch back and works as designed.
