    Hello and welcome to another of my listings!! Today for your consideration is this handsome and scarce sterling silver Church of the Atonement Choir for Manliness and Reverence Medal!
    It has light wear from use and while it is not signed it has been tested by my local jeweler and he said it is silver. This piece was purchased from a New York sale, I have no information beyond that.
    From my research the Church of the Atonement was a Protestant Episcopal church in Brooklyn New York n the late 19th century. They were known to have an excellent choir and the rector was Charles Comfort Tiffany between 1874 and 1880. I don't necessarily believe there's a connection, just think it's a fun coincidence. Sold as-is and as described!
    Overall a great antique sterling silver church choir medal that would be a great gift and or fine addition to any collection! Thank you for looking and feel free to make a fair offer!!
