    This silvertone necklace features a lovely mid-sized oval pendant with lots of sparkle and shine and a substantial weight and quality.  It has a sloped swirled rim and is accented with etch detailed St. Dymphna medal inscribed with an identifying inscription. The reverse has a textured finish and it measures 1 3/8 inches wide and 2 inches long.  The chain is 20 inches and closes with a safety catch and it is in new condition.
